What impact have non-U.S. citizens had on Texas elections?

UPDATE: Due to recent disclosure of erroneous information by the acting Texas Secretary of State (SOS), the search-by-county-name feature below has been disabled until the Texas SOS completes database records maintenance in coordination with county elections administrators.

Texas Secretary of State David Whitley recently announced that a total of approximately 95,000 individuals identified by DPS as non-U.S. citizens have a matching voter registration record in Texas, approximately 58,000 of whom have voted in one or more Texas elections.

While database maintenance and investigation is ongoing to correct any erroneous information,  the most recent counts of non-U.S. citizen registered voters for each Texas county can be viewed using the search tool below.  Counts of those non-U.S. citizens who have voted in at least one election within that county are also shown in the search results.

It has not yet been determined the extent to which non-citizen votes have impacted election outcomes.
